About This Role:

  • Exciting opportunity to be the growth lead for a SaaS startup.

  • Ownership of top of funnel/TOF growth initiatives.

  • Work directly with the B2B customer base.

  • Partner with sales and technical teams.

  • Manage strategic relationships related to the growth stack (this encompasses working directly with vendors and reviewing/selecting growth-related services as needed).

  • Remote role (should be within a drivable distance of Charlotte, NC for occasional meetings)

  • Open to limited travel.

Background / Skill Set:

  • Extensive experience in a B2B SaaS growth role with an emphasis on demand gen of marketing qualified leads (MQLs).

  • Your growth stack should include experience with Hubspot and marketing automation tools.

  • Adept at content creation for email, social, and digital B2B marketing.

  • Experience with identifying and negotiating with data vendors/partners.

  • Background with “warm” lead capture and nourishment.

  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.

  • Web-driven marketing initiatives such as SEO, whitepapers, review sites/customer testimonials, blogs, web referrals, demo requests, etc.

  • Background with event marketing/trade shows.

  • Marrying customer experience with customer marketing and customer evangelism initiatives.

  • Previous SaaS experience with products that have a high degree of adherence to compliance/security standards.

  • Ability to implement best practices related to growth analytics, conversion rates, lead velocity, etc.
