About This Role:

  • Work product, engineering teams, growth/marketing, sales, and customer success to understand stakeholder needs and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Conduct analysis of user event data, NPS scores, and transactional data.

  • Added emphasis on short-term business outcomes impacted by trials and GTM strategies.

  • Concentration on developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the user/customer journey and corresponding metrics.

  • Concentrate on improving efficiencies throughout the SaaS funnel.

  • Deep understanding of growth as it relates to lead generation, user acquisition, monetization, upsell/conversion rates, engagement, satisfaction/NPS, retention (churn), ARR/ACV, etc.

  • Help develop a deeper understanding of customer segmentation.

  • Further develop analytics as it relates to campaigns, lead sources, effectiveness, and ROI.

  • Added emphasis on short-term business outcomes impacted by trials and GTM strategies.

  • Remote role (PST hours).


Preferred Background:

  • Must have experience in a growth product role from within a B2B SaaS company.

  • SaaS company experience should include annual revenues between $5M+.

  • Deep understanding of the growth function, important SaaS funnel metrics, GTM strategies, etc.

  • Experience within a shop that adheres to a product-led growth (PLG) approach as the main driver of acquisition, retention, and expansion.

  • Experience with a range for growth platforms (web analytics, inbound marketing & sales CRMs, customer success software, customer engagement/messaging, optimization tools, etc.).
